Started project Noble after reading and following the forum since febuary and looking back over the last 4 years of post + talking to Adrian and some of the established owners i think i have a pretty good idea what needs doing so today went for a last blast then started stripping down ....got busted hands already !!!

list of jobs to do :

gearbox rebuild and LSD
gearbox oil cooler
Front mounted engine oil cooler
new pro alloy front rad
new pro alloy intercooler
new set dampers ..2 way adjustable
strip and rebuild front end
lots of heat management jobs in engine bay
full remapp and Aero mods


crap i hope thats it ...seems like a long list !!! good job winter is long !!

hehe... at least you are fortunate to be able to take it off the road. Mines due a service, disk and pads replacing, a new exhaust and a remap. However, I'm struggling to fit the work in without losing the car for an excessive time.

Simon, I think you should do an estimate for the works to be carried out, a bit like they did for the olympics and see how close you are in April next year. LOL....sorry mate, if your shoulders go down a bit half way through give one of us a call so we can take you for a spin so you can be reminded why the hell you started your mission

Sounds like a lot of work mate, if you are going to all that trouble you might as well do everything you possibly can whilst you have easy access, make sure you get a good space heater as it going to be a long cold winter smile

Sounds like a lot of work mate, if you are going to all that trouble you might as well do everything you possibly can whilst you have easy access, make sure you get a good space heater as it going to be a long cold winter smile
He has the best heated workshop around lucky bast***

Will do although there are some who will not be interested as they have already done it all !! winkwinkwink and some who feel that no matter what i do it will not be as good as a main dealer !!

well getting on pretty well , all the work that i did in feb still looks good and the ceramic coating on the manifolds has so far stopped them from cracking in 5000 miles !!! should be ready for lift out this week !!
