Upgrading sidelights/indicators to LED, L322

One of the sidelights is on it's way out on my 2003 L322. I'm thinking of upgrading to LEDs if that's possible for both the indicators and the sidelights. Anyone have any recommendations as I understand some LEDs trigger the "bulb failure" warning.
Found these but no idea whether they're suitable or not.
