Tyres for M5 E60
Discussion
Hi all!
My love affair with the M5 continues.....still only a weekend car, but gives me a real treat every time I drive it.
The car is running on PS2s at the moment.....loads of life left in them. I've been having a look at replacement costs for a laugh and the best I could find was £250 for a front one and £275 for a rear one.
Do any of you where/how to beat these prices.....or can you recommend a better tyre altogether??
Cheers
Jazzer
PS: Where do you buy top-up oil from at decent prices? (Dealer gave me 4 litres of the Castrol M-series oil on the house, but they usually charge almost £60 for that!)

What about Good Year Assymetrics (SP)?
Never tried them when i had my M5 as had always gone for PS2's as well as on the last few changes on various cars, but decided to swap on my B7 RS4 as had read some excellent reports & i am sure these are at leats as good as the PS2's i'd been used to & were a good 2/3rd of the price.
Size on the RS4 are 275/30/19 & IIRC i paid about £170 per corner & they certainyl last alot longer as well.

Just put 2 new CS2s on the front, £197 each from Ablefit. Never tried PS2s but think the CS2s perform well in wet/dry and last well.
