4.2 rad the same as 4.5?

I presume they are but could do with it confirming that the rad is the same between a 2002 4.2 and a 1998 4.5 or at least that it will fit with minor modification.

Dunno, but I had mine completely rebuilt by Gloucester Radiators for £150 which seemed cheaper and better than fitting a secondhand rad.
