Oh, painful cut for button this year then, no wonder he mentioned it in every interview at the begining of the year.. can you imagine having to buy a whole month's food and petrol on *only* £3 million.

70 million dollars (approx = £42 million), divided by 5 years = 8.5 approx.

I am also suprised that Massa and Vettel are so highly paid and if these figures are correct then you can see why Jenson is holding out for more as WDC. I guess Alonsos fee puts pressure on him coming up with the goods at Ferrari next year.

Correct, it was 70m £ and not $.

So 14m per year.
