Anyone know this E60 M5 - Black car 'FIL 28' or 'EO56OAN'

Looking at buying this car, does anyone know it?

It has had private plate FIL 28 but is now on EO56OAN

Looks like a clean car.

It has an exhaust on which I am not sure who makes, can anyone help with this also?

Looks like an Eisenmann Exhaust to me. Sounds superb on the V10.
