The Missus drove the Ro for the first time this weekend, she is 5'2" (thats the same size as Kylie). The problem was that she struggled to get the clutch fully down with comfort, the seat was as far forward as it would go. Im wondering if my seat wont move the full range of travel or that was the full range of travel.

Are there any vertically challenged Ro drivers who could let me know if they have simialr problems?

That is one of the things I noticed as soon as I got in my car compared to other cars I have had.

My wife is 5'3" and can't drive it. She hates it actually.

Bad news is that when she tries to drive it she ends up kerbing it badly as she really can't see over the bonnet......

So she stays in her Mini mostly!

Could do, can you recommend any decent ones? Not too many miles on the clock or previous owners if possible. Bodywork must be in good nick and no accident damage!

Presumably it will require a full service before you take delivery

Melchett - what car do you own (yes I know its a Monaro) but what type ?? cv8/VXR - colour ?

Just saw one at the weekend with a lady huddled over the wheel.

Its an 05VXR in silver, it was dark when she drove us home on Sun eve. She said it was easier to driver than my old motor. It didnt half make a racket when she struggled with a hill start!

Couldn't agree more!! You wouldn’t buy a used car without a test drive 1st, the same philosophy applies with potential wives... rofl
