Muscle car days within UK / Europe

Looking to see if you know of any good places to either hire some Corvette esk machines either on track or off.

Looking not for these 15 mins in the car days, more for a real day of action, bit like the Elise - Andy Walsh days but with Corvette style machines....

Any ideas ?

There's a classic car experience that gives you track time in a Cobra (replica I assume). I think there's something about it in this month's Which Car?

A bit off-topic, but does anyone know anything about the magazine? It seems to have just appeared this month - exclusive to Sainsburys apparently!
