Costume chosen now where the hell do i buy the stuff?

I'm on the guest list plus 5 for a Halloween party this coming weekend. Now i have chosen a costume but i need to collect the parts from somewhere and i need help locating them.

I have chosen to go as a Zombie Hitler

I dont usually make much of an effort but i thought i'd give it a go this year but i've left it a little late, again....

I want to go with some special effect stick on stuff like rotting flesh and teeth showing on my face but no idea where to start looking for this stuff.

I have no idea what else to wear, Brown suit? what hat and i also need a swastika armband
