318Ci M-Sport wheels

Am looking at a 318Ci M-Sport on a '53 plate. it has the standard 5-spoke design sport wheels but I would like to change these to the multi-spoke style as found on the 6-cylinder models (facelift, flat faced style). Is there anything stopping it being straight forward to do?

ETA: Just realised it's changing 17's for 18's and of course different tyre sizes.

The 318 could be spec'd with those wheels, straight swap.

Thanks chaps. I thought that might be the case as they were a factory option like you said Alex. Going to see it this week I think.
