The launch of the new Aprilia RSV4-R at Mugello was cut short yesterday after five of the bikes suffered terminal con rod failures.

someone at Piaggio is skimming on costs and has gone a bit too far... but that's just the cynic in me talking.

Oh dear.

I have rodded a bike once , it was a Bonneville and it just about detroyed the engine , nothing was re useable , makes an awfull mess .
