hehe

Nah, that's Bob biggrin

Anyway, I'm one of the photographers. I'll be in the procession, then on the right hand side of the stage. Not that you could recognise me, mind, as I'll be totally blacked up with a gold star over one eye and wearing a black cloak biggrin

Cool!

I'm really hoping against hope that it stays dry for it.

Is there an after-show party?

So are we biggrin

There is an after party, but it's performers & guests only, and pre-ticketed (ie we've sorted out all the tickets already).

That said, it's at the 3 Sisters, so chances are it'll spill out into the main part of the pub biggrin

Actually, that was a lie - tickets are on the door, apparently.

Regardless, if anyone in Edinburgh's not doing anything tomorrow night (tonight? Saturday anyway) get yersel to the Esplanade for 9, or Parliament Square (although the performance there won't kick off until the Procession reaches it, about 9:45, but you'll get a space).

If you see someone blacked up with a sun logo over his eye, wielding a camera...don't shout at me wink

Fire! Acrobatics! Naked people! (well, not really, that's more Beltane, but still biggrin)

Nice to see you Ian smile And Debbie & Co. Hope you got a good spot in Parliament Sq. (Thought I saw you just inside the main entrance area?)

Howdy Graham

I don't think it was me you met!

I was standing practically at the front row at Parliament Sq, wearing a black North Face fleece, my girlfriend was wearing a bright red coat.

Superb display as usual, great fun to watch yes

We usually follow the procession but this time we decided to go to the square and get a decent vantage point. Seeing the flickering torches in the distance and hearing the drums coming really charged the atmosphere.

Roll on Beltane bounce
