Has anyone got bluetooth set up on there monaro so they can use handsfree? I know holden offered this and on ls1gto they reckon that you can intergrate a sony bluetooth unit into the bluetooth loom to use holden bluetooth buttons and use the voice in on the stereo. Also does this work with an iphone?

I've not heard of doing that, but I have a Parrot system fitted that works perfectly with my iPhone both playing music and handsfree calling.

Here's the thread I started:

I've had this set up in my car for 18 months now and it's pretty good. Not only does it bluetooth with your phone but if you have tunes on your iPhone it will allow you to access them by bluetooth as well.
Also USB/iPod compatible, extra aux in that I use for digital radio, and all the usual toys. Double din fit too so good for monaro.

Dear gsd2000,

+1 as I believe t'internet vernacular has it for the Pioneer unit.

I haven't yet attempted to integrate the steering wheel controls although I believe a Pac Audio (?) module can be purchased to do this.
You also lose the in dash radio display AFAIK regardless.

/Spanish Inquisition. The disadvantage I have found are very slow fast forward if you have long tracks on MP3s on a CD or USB stick and low sensitivity for the aux input...
