In certain lights the dash pod looks like it's got protective film on the inside of the screen.
It's bubbeling round the edges reminds me of the film they use on cameras and phones to stop scratching.
Could TVR have left this film on when the dash pod was built?
You can see it more at a angle not face on.
How easy to dismantle?

I removed the pod today and pushed out the perspex screen.
I reckon im right protection film has baked on hard you can chip some off with my nail but i will have to replace it.

Can't make my mind up if i should fit 4.4 laminated glass (same as windscreen but thinner)i keep it in stock but would it produce more glare than perspex?
We all know that the pods are difficult to read in sunlight.

Went for glass in the end all sorted now just have to wait an see on the glare issue.
A sign man i know reckons the problem with the replaced screen was some kind of anti glare liquid that has started to degrade.
