deos anyone know of any hill climb, sprint racing clubs that are essex based? Im looking at applying for my MSA licence to compete in hill climb and sprint events

There are quite a few in your area. Get your license, check out the regional associations and clubs in the contacts section of the blue book. There used to be a load of information at the UK Motorsport Index too, but that's looking a bit broken at the moment.
