Currency Exchange Advice

The exchange rates for the CAD are all over the place at the mo and I will need, due to the sale of my holiday home to change a large sum from Canadian Dollars into Sterling in the next six months. How do I find out what the future exchaneg rate prediction are for these currencies. As I'm not sure when to forward fix my exchange contract. Thanks

I use www.xe.com most of the time but also bloomberg is very good with predicting future rates to a certain extent.

Also the FT can be helpful to see what's been happening too.
