Too 9/11 for me. I go with Damon Hill's assessment that Senna made a mistake and the car lost grip. He wasn't immune to mistakes and this one was tragic one along with the decision that the track was "safe" to run a GP at.

Especially that the telemetry showed steering force but the sensor was a simple rotation detector. That is wishfull thinking of the highest order but given the understanding shown of aerofoil v venturi behaviour I do wonder....
