i think i'm being pushed out
Discussion
While doing a bit of cleaning up in my office yesterday I found a sheet of paper with some notes on it basically saying a couple of things I’ve done wrong or not done at all. (this is just one persons opinion) These notes also said that if worse comes to worse someone from another department will come and do my job before the Christmas rush.
I haven’t been given any warnings and I’ve not signed a contract with them, but have been employed with the company for over 3 months.
To me it sounds as if I’m going to be pushed out. Apart from work harder to show them that I’m worth keeping does anyone have any ideas as to what I could/should do. I’m getting a little nervous at the moment. Up until I read those notes I thought everything was fine.
Any help or advice would be great.

So is there any truth in these things that have been mentioned? - perhaps you can rectify any problems before they rid of you?Or better still be proactive and mention to your manager that you like working here, is there anything you can do to improve your work performance?
Man, i really love to work in HR one day. Just for the experience.
Best thing you could do would be to ask if you are doing OK, is there any feedback they can give on your performance, etc. Just do it in a non confrontational way though - dont let on to having seen the paper.
However, if for whatever reason they are intent on getting rid of you, there is nowt you can do really, contract or not!
