I guess its for putting racing cars there (no handbrake) and some chocks behind the wheels. Should prevent any unfortunate accidents with that window!

Perhaps that 365 is just sitting on a scissor lifting platform so that it could be raised up to be detailed?

If so, that's still pretty cool but if the owner had really deep pockets, he should have excavated 27,000m3 of Bat Cave underneath and installed a workshop with built-in vending-machine delivery system so he could choose which car would be presented to him thought that hole in the floor each day!

A bit like this place in Geneva (OK so it's not underground but you get the idea!)
