I enoy the odd trackday at Donington - along with Oulton Park it's my local track. Does anyone know what's likely to become of it now that the circuit is a building site and the F1 contract is dead?

It would be such a shame to lose it.

I've been thinking this myself, will they continue with the development plans for the revised circuit or will they scrap the plans and keep the original circuit?

I hope they continue and develop the track, it could be a great new track to drive even if we have to wait a year or so until it's finished. Plus Bernie may see Donington once the development work is finished and re-consider it for F1....possibly. Or it could open Donington up to different race series'.

I assume they still have the contract for the MotoGP race? Which must mean they'll be ready for racing by July *crosses fingers*
