Briefly read this article whilst waiting for mrs to finish shopping.
They mentioned a modified car with 1400BHP. If that is possible from a 3 Litre car what is the potential for our cars?
Isn't the most powerful Monaro "only" around 1000BHP?

As the drag day out with the supras showed they are bloody fast theres supras running 2000bhp

Though its a strait 6 3lt, they are twin turbos out the box and the engines dont really need much doing to just slap on a larger turbo ask JamieP he was running 10sec 1/4 miles

The 2JZ-GTE is a simply awesome powerplant. It's strength even in standard trim is amazing. It is however very heavy. You would be better comparing it to a LS built with an iron block, some of which according to LS1tech are making up to 2000 bhp in extreme applications.

Having spent years tuning these that description is a little too simplistic for my liking.
