Broadcast about 2 weeks ago and not on iPlayer any more

I'd like a copy of this on disc.

I have it on my Humax 9200T PVR, but exporting from this device looks triiiiiiiiicky.

Anyone know where I could get hold of a copy?

Not sure, I've never used Limewire, I use uTorrent for torrents
