Sunday Service

I was thinking this too! With over 400 people signed up I would have thought there'd be a few runs planned but doesn't seem to be much going on. The forecast is rain, then more rain followed by some rain so i'm guessing lots of people just want to get there and enjoy the meet rather than go for a short hoon beforehand!
It's the only time I've actually wanted to go to work on a Sunday! The showroom looked pretty good when I left, plus I think the whole historic fleet is being wheeled out so we're hoping most people wont be put off by the weather.

te and i seem to remember you saying you wouldn't be that keen on the run with the new motor if it was cats and dogs.
See you there at 9ish then i guess?

Due to it pissing down I only stayed an hour but there were some nice cars on show, good turn out from the BMW boys.
Didn't realise you turned up at all Nigel. Shame I missed you mate. Edited by bmw2002 on Sunday 1st November 11:33
I only stayed about 30min due to turning up so late that Pete and Andy were already sodden and ready to go home!
Bloody suns out now!

I couldn't make it all that way due to the weather, so i rolled over and went back to sleep.
I fully expected to have a series of "get the kettle on" phone calls... so thanks for not doing so
Moi aussi. Was meant to be at George's photo shoot this morning. Alarm set for 06:30, woke up 05:40 at which time everything was as dry-as-a-bone but by 06:20, rain coming in 'Pete' like, i.e verysideways.I fully expected to have a series of "get the kettle on" phone calls... so thanks for not doing so
