New front windscreen

[Last S4]

Hi all,
Driving along the M8 recently and a stone hit the windscreen creating quite a large chip. I will contact the insurance and see if I can have it repaired.
If repairing is not an option is it difficult to source a new screen now?

I've never had an issue getting one. Usually from RAC Auto Windscreens - their part number 1100LCL. Usually fitted within 48 hours.

Otherwise, isn't Glassman on here your man for these ? He had some showing on e-bay a week or two ago.

To be honest I prefer a standard windscreen. I just dont like the fine wires through my vision. I know its just me and most people think they are an improvement, but I will be looking for a standard one.
