Its a friend of mine, Alex Martin, Who has started a company called Police Set, which provide Police, Riot and Criminal scenes for TV and Film.
Because its a new company, This is a promotional video to show what he is capable of.
We just finished another film shoot a few weeks back which involved about 60 cars. He's good at what he does and has some fantastic idea's.
