Bath shower mixer tap
Discussion
I need to replace my current separate hot and cold taps on the bath with a shower mixer.
I don't want to replace the bath itself as its beige and i would have to replace all sanitary ware.
The holes for the taps in the bath are separate at the moment. What choices do i have for replacing it with a mixer type unit with a shower head as well as taps?

There are various types of mixer which use two holes; here's a page of Grohe ones, most of which are shower too: Clicky.
I have been thinking about doing the same thing, but have no idea if the tap holes in my enamel bath are a standard width apart. Not got round to measuring them.
ETA: sorry, all those Grohe ones look like they're wall mounted. There are plenty of bath mounted ones available, for instance: Clicky.

Thanks SJobson - Your lucky to have a proper bath - I only have a plastic bath.
I have found this type of thing too but looks quite expensive and will need the sink taps changed to match....

The bases look to have quite a large flat area that could be used to mask ugly cut holes?

We got a Hansgrohe (I think) mixer with shower head. It has an auto stat on it and looks pretty cool.
It was £300 odd reduced to £150 in B&Q.
Bought one then saw the same thing on Ebay for £120. Took the other one back to B&Q.
Just need to fit it (and a new bath) this weekend so can't comment on it's performance just yet.
Found it

Hundreds. Bath shower mixers are plentiful. Before you do, though, it might be worth checking that the cold and hot are equal pressures to avoid a whole world of hurt.I don't want to replace the bath itself as its beige and i would have to replace all sanitary ware.
