Album covers - what artist/album from this dodgy description

Can anyone help me guess a couple of albums from the brief cover descriptions (work quiz and I can't upload images);

1st aklbum - Black background with head of a 1920's style girl in bottom left corner, her coloured white, shouting (left hand cupping side of her mouth) and a green/red stripe angling away from her mouth like a projection of her voice.


2nd album - white background and in the middle of the page a colour shot of 3 red loudspeakers on a pole against a backdrop of a sunset.
