New arrival, no strap!

Well, someone made me an offer I couldn't refuse on the back of losing my Tag Carrera on holiday in the summer.

I have replaced it, with the same model... CV2014.FT6007



But it has no strap. I also refuse to pay for a genuine strap given the prices!

So I'm thinking...



What do you think?

Sorry Nolar, should have said, it's only the white one that I'm looking at. The orange stitched one is just present in the pic.

In terms of design, I think it should work quite well.

But open to ideas or links to the best places to look/buy.

I'm literally just about to buy the brown version of that exact watch (with brown leather strap), AB - good choice

Did you buy used I assume, hence no strap?

I like the strap you've linked to though, will look nice! With red stitching could work as well, as it subtly matches the second hand.

Yeah, I bought from a colleague - it's exactly the same watch as I had earlier this year before a golf cart incident in Florida... I had the rubber strap though which I thought made it look/feel a bit cheaper.

I have ordered the black/grey version, couldn't see one in red.

Funnily enough, the seller is literally 10 mins away from me, so I have asked if I can go and collect.

He wouldnt let me collect so I was a little miffed. However, he posted same day as order and despite Royal Fail, it was on my doormat the day after.

Quality really is brilliant, for £15 you really can't complain, you would be happy with it at twice the price.

However, to my eye it looks a bit more dark blue in colour than the rest of the watch. Not sure it matches all that well?

Also, the deployant clasp that i have won't fit which is annoying.

Happy overall though.
