E39 2003 530D Touring buying guide

Hi guys
My boss hass offered me first refusal on his 530D Touring. It's fully loaded (heated seats, full on bmw stereo, heated seats, touch close boot (soft close?), cream leather, malachite green, climate control, steering wheel has all the controls on it, auto with + and - on it (not sure what it's called!), telephone pack works through the radio. It's a 52 2003 plate, 128,000 on the clock with FBMW service history.
£5,500.
Thoughts?
And what should I be looking at when buying one?
The pixels aren't working properly on the radio or the dash - big trouble/expensive fix?
Apart from that it is immaculate. We did 458 miles in it yesterday (pembrokeshire to london and back) and returned 49.7mpg.
