Help! It wont start

Hi guys

I replaced the oil separator with all hoses, that went fine, but now my car wont start.

It gave me fault code:

P0604 - Internal Control Module Random Access Memory (RAM) Error

I re-checked all connections from the wiring harness box, i can't cross connect, they only fit were they're suppose to, so thats one thing ruled out,

Although when the ignition is switched on the EML light flashes several times simultaneously with a click, sounds abit like a relay?

I'm going to leave the battery disconnected overnight, see if that helps.

It's a 2002 325ci with 102k.
