tiled my bathroom earlier this year, and I'm not happy with the floor tile grout

is there something better/shinier/easier to keep clean?

Never tried this myself but have heard that if you apply car wax to the grout it protects it and makes it easier to clean.

Damn, not happy how? I was going to do this next year to mine.

What grout did you use?

No advice I'm afraid, but the wax one sounds like a good idea. sorry.

they are big white floor tiles, and I used white grout, which wasn't maybe the best idea, it just looks a bit grubby (kids eh)

BAL grout revive, available at all good tiling shops, followed by grout sealer-I prefer BAL or Mapei as they also contain microban to help with the black mould issue in a bathroom.

Car wax? only if you want stained grout that you can never get clean...only really an idea to give a 'natural' sheen to slate etc...not to be used on white grout. Also as most are a natural wax product will give a beautiful growing environment in a warm damp room (bathroom) for black mould.
