Audi A6 - 2.7 or 3.0 TDi ? Appreciate your opinions ...

Ive now had three A6 2.0 TDi's and Im going to buy yet another A6 as they are perfect for what I do . If feel like upgrading to a 2.7 or 3.0 - can you please advise me on which of the larger engines is the better - 2.7TDi or 3.0TDi ? When is the timing belt due ?
Any other points on these models that I should be made aware of ? Many thanks in advance - Barry Clarkson

3.0tdi has a timimg chain not a belt. There is a poly drive belt I believe that needs changing at some point, I just cant remember whenAny other points on these models that I should be made aware of ? Many thanks in advance - Barry Clarkson
