993 sunroof stuck open

It was sunny here in Devon on Sunday so I took the chance to wash the car and go for a spin (down to Sainsbury's...)
Anyway, once opened the sunroof woudl not shut again. Opening the zip to get access to the sunroof meachanism I find a cross head bolt has worked loose. Once I tightened that up the mechanisms seemed to work well...
Untill I was washing the car later that day to find one corner of the sunroof had not quite closed properly. I could shove it closed a bit tighter by hand but this is not a practical long term solution.
Anyone else come across this ?
BTW wasn't it a beautifull day on Sunday ?
