I have tried google and on here but I fear I may be searching for the wrong thing.
I am wondering how easy it is to divert the headlight beam for driving on the continent.
The car is a 2003 car, xenons as std, and they are AL lights if this helps.
Thanks guys

It's dead easy. I had a 2003 M3, took it to the Spanish GP in 2004. From memory, there is a knob behind the headlight unit, that you turn to adjust the beam. Best advice I can give is measure your car to garage door, place large card approx. 1m infront of car whilst beam on & mark where top of beam is, then when you come back you will be able to re-adjust beams to where they were & stop people flashing you! (you can also use card to work out where beam should be for Europe).

Don't forget you'll need spare bulbs, high vis. jacket, warning trianlges, first aid kit, GB stickers etc. for travelling in Europe. On the spare bulbs front - these are a total waste of time, I called my local dealer, as it is law to carry them, but as I had Xenons on the front & leds on the back the bulb kit was useless.

Enjoy your trip.
