COD:MW2 Prices Thread

Sorry to add to the neverending list of COD threads (reminds me of all the forza threads about 2 weeks ago tho )

Shows all the best prices for COD6 (released tomorrow). I'm gunna try and get down sainsburys bright and early and see if I can get a 26quid copy

If you have a makro card and go to the makro website you can print of a voucher to redeem in store that will get you the game for £20GBP inc VAT.

It also gives you stock levels of the game for each store.

I am going there now instead of sainsburys.

ah yes, forgot to say about that one, unfortunately my nearest Makro is over 40miles away . Had never even heard of Makro until I heard about them doing £20 COD lol

well just got up to a nice text, i was going to go and search for a copy this morning but my kind brother has secured me a copy for 25.99 - 10% staff discount! nice of him

just went into my local ASDA and got it for £32 which I thought was good.

Just picked it up at Sainsburys for £26, They had a massive display and piles of the games stacked at the back of the store.

Sainsbury's beside me only had one copy on display (Xbox - which I picked up) but plenty PS3

My local Sainsburys is about 300 metres away, so walked there on the way to walk.

Got there about 7, and there was 3 people waiting, but....

The staff, had already picked their copies up, and were queuing to pay, before the main doors were even open!

I got my £26 Sainsburys copy last night. Had to queue for an hour but at least that was inside!

There was a queue of maybe 5/6 folk, each with 2 or 3 copies of the game. Oh and the mother buying her copy for the 10 year old kid too.

Well I've been to two different sainsburger stores today only to be told they are all sold out

Either demand has exceeded expectations, or they could only afford to sell a limited amount at that price?

Either way I see no hope of getting my copy today
