Rotational rubbing/grinding

There seems to be some sort of rotational rubbing/grinding noise coming from under the the passengers sides footwell area

It only happens now and then and only speeds of up to about 10mph and is not affected/changed by apply brakes or steering.

Could this be some sort of driveshaft issue?

Have you used the car much?? It could be a build iup of corosion on the disc. I have a problem with my rear passenger side.

Not the brakes as i have applied pressure whilst moving and is still there happened even on the stock brakes.
