The VIN on my Cerbera speed 6 is easily visible in the engine bay, but is it stamped anywhere on the chassis?
Apparently VIC Roads need to know before I register it in Oz.
Thanks for the info is you have it,

Possibly on the 2 front chassis rails by the rad, or on the front/rear faces of the front uprights that support the tops of the struts.

My 98 car has the chassis number stamped on the O/S front suspension upright.

Mine has a (very) small hand-made plate welded onto the chassis somewhere near the front of the car.

It's about 10mm x 40mm with a number stamped onto it with a set of number-punches and a lump hammer.

Seriously high-tech. biggrin

I'd have to search to see exactly where but I know it's there somewhere.

Mine (2001 4.5) is stamped on the front left of the the front Chassis crossmember. Needed to get the F1 panel off to see it.

I'm sure the VIN number is only on the plate in the engine compartment. The number on the chassis is the Chassis number (isn't it??)
