Housing Development - M1 Jct 36ish?

Trying to find out the name / builders of a housing development near the M1 around junction 36 / 37.

Its on the opposite side of the motorway to Premdoor.

If your heading North its on the right hand side, south its obviously on the left.

Any ideas?
