I noticed today that when I have the throttle pedal pushed to the floor that both throttle pots only show 94 percent. I would have thought that they should read 100 percent. Anyone know if this is true?

If I assume that the throttle pots are set at the correct base values when the butterflies are fully closed, then this probably means that the pedal should be moving further down to open them to 100 percent.

It's a bit hard to see in the footwell, is there a throttle stop screw or something that can be wound out to increase the pedal travel?

The other thing is that I had a battery fault logged. I cleared the fault and it came back again after driving the car. But, the battery shows 12.4 volts with the engine off and over 13 volts when idling. Could it be that the battery is on its way out and at some point (eg. with a surge from air-con, headlights, etc. being turned on) that there was not enough current to pull the voltage up to the required amount?

I also noticed that sometimes when I turn the engine off that the main headlights flash for a split second. Anyone else get this?

The throttle should read 94% fully open, 15% when shut and around 19% on idle.
Regarding the battery, TVR say that it should be between 12v to 13.8v with no default value, but most seem to dip below 12v on idle.

Not so technical so can't answer the first bits.
As to the switching off, my lights flash also.
