E39 530d cats help

The front cats on my 2000 tourer need replacing, I'm advised the part number is BM80250 but can't find anything listed anywhere, can anyone shed any light /advise on what the right part number is and whether there's an aftermarket option available that mey be more cost effective.

Any help appreciated.
