Audi S4 4.2 - Higher miles

Thinking about purchasing one of the above.

Just wondering how they cope with higher miles e.g. above 60K? Any issues or are they good for much more?

Sold a nicely maintained car with 101 on it a couple of months ago; it needed one auxilliary rad changing and rear discs/pads.

Usual stuff; timing chain failure is rare but I'm told very noisey if they do go! Make sure everything works on the satnav if fitted, repairable but expensive.
