FM3 - Can't sell car in AH, HELP??

I've just finished making (read so called painting) a replica John Guest/Mike Jordan Mugen Integra and it won't let me upload the car to the AH or upload the design to the storefront, says the design is locked??

I produced the design myself, didnt buy any of the logo's etc so it is all my own work so why is it locked? I cant see anywhere to unlock the design??

In fact ignore that! I put a battery cut off switch symbol on the car that I had bought from the store front and it wont let you do that!
