Just been sent a EM from ski company. Apparently its been snowing hard in the Alps with more forecast over the weekend. Report from Courchevel. Says prices for Dec have almost doubled as the early season looks v promising. Says well done to any lucky bds that have already booked. Well that would be me then biggrin

Yeah friends are in Tignes this week and the Glacier is normally open at this time of year. However Double M was open, which runs all the way down to Val Claret.

There was snow all the way down to Brevieres.

Looking for a good season stateside as well, after a few places in the Rockies have opened early.

It's looking good at the moment and i'm really hoping for some decent pow in Tignes when i get there (13th Dec). Already massively excited spending far too much on bits and mags.

You mean they are on their first week so haven't been bored out by the guests and other chalet workers.
