reverse phone number look up

So i have this telephone number of someone and I need to find their address, can anyone pls give me advice on how i would go about getting said address? Lets just say this person has been a constant irritation for over a year and im planing some costly (for him) pranks to get him back.

Is it a mobile number or landline?

You can work out to a village or area in a city using http://www.ukphoneinfo.com/locator.php

Have someone call it and say they have to ask some security questions.

Ask for the postcode.

i have tried that but he was like "who are u after?...etc etc" and it didnt get me anywhere, to be honest, i have been getting niusance calls for over year from this guy, and in that time, he's only once (this last occassion) forgot to do 1471, (thats how i managed to get his number) but point being he seems pretty paranoid or clued up so not sure if calling him again and asking for it will help.

someone must have an idea of how to get a name and address from just a phone number?

any help will be much appreciated.
