Registration of Nobles

How are Nobles registered in the UK? SVA or LVTA ?I understand they do not have a full EU certification,or? I have seen a few advertised around europe, such as in Italy and Germany, anybody know how they would be approved where they are?(given that the car is not EU certified)

The reason for asking is that I am located in Norway and I am toying with the idea of getting a Noble from UK and having it registered here in Norway. And one of the major hurdles are getting it registered for the road.
