About 18 months ago I had the common clutch pedal problem it not returning etc. My local dealer who are excellent I might add (nothing is a problem for them), changed the clutch for a new one which I did post about at the time. Anyway a year later and this problem is back. I got the garage to fill it with dot 5.1 because Vauxhall just use dot 3 as standard apparently, thinking it would be better than the super dot 4. However it made no difference and they completley bled the system aswell.
I mentioned to them that as a few on here have said it might be worth upgrading to the LS7 clutch because it'll only happen again if they fit a new std clutch.
Anyhow they've spoken to TWR and they have ordered a new LS7 clutch and flywheel which is all being fitted under warranty
. Might be worth others pushing they're dealers for the same if you've had the clutch problems.
This link is helpful for the DIY clutch fixing method that's been posted on here.

Apologies if that link has already been posted previously.

Great..........I've been trying to sort mine out for the last few months, but they would only fit a standard clutch on warranty after the old one was inspected and found to be faulty.......yea fat chance with VX........so rapid is fitting an ls7 unit when the hair dryer is installed, hopefully nest month...

Sweet

Surely the ultimate fix is for GM to relocate the slave cylinder back to where it always was, outside the bell housing. Facilitating simple bleeding and replacement, and no ingress of clutch dust into the fluid.
One puzzling thing is, if clutch dust can get "blown" past the accordian seal into the fluid how is it fluid doesn't leak out the same way. Just my opinion of course.

HRT is now Walkinshaw Racing ([T]WR again?).
The links between HSV, WPP and WR/HRT seem quite strong and WPUK run anything beyond standard by WPP and [T]WR(HRT).
If makes sense.

Even if the spoke to WPUK, they would contact WPP and TWR, before doing anything or advising, if they are not certain.
A handy connection, but slow.
I'm saying I don't think there is any TWR. Not for some years.
I see what your getting at and your right. TWR ceased when Arrows ran out of money. In Aus, TWR was bought by Holden, becoming the Toll HSV Team (the Kelly's) and HRT (Skaiffe).

Not sure what's right but they told me TWR. I suspected they meant WPUK that's who I told them to try speaking to.

What part of Wales are you MFP? What dealer? Might need to give them a call.
Cardiff, Hutchings is the dealer, think you said you used them before? I know Gasman wasn't keen. Btw has he sold the ro? Seem to remember him posting he might have to for some reason.
Haven't seen or heard Gasman for ages. Perhaps he has sold up.
