Hi, help me out please. Just got myself a new VXR8. How do you get the radio to read by station name and not frequency and to lock into reception, RDS? Happy to admit I'm not the most techno, I have been through all the bloody menu options and I can't figure it out! Yes I know I should just be happy to just listern to the engine note, but would be nice to be able to hear Terry on for my drive to work too! Cheers,

The VXR8 radio doesn't have RDS. I have read about people adding a second (RDS) radio into the glove box but I'm not sure what this entails.

As Shanny says, there's no RDS in it, as Australia doesn't have an RDS system. I can't see the point of putting another radio in the glovebox - just remember that Terry is on FM 90.0 or thereabouts.

No RDS but it does store the frequency bit old school but it works lol
