Someone analyse me, please!!!

So I don't often dream, but I had a real vivid one the night before last.

I was doing the Round the Island yacht race on an old gaff rigged boat where we put the spinnaker up coming down the Solent, started planing at 19.2kts & overtook the whole fleet to win the race. Alongside me in the crew was Richard Branson, Jenson Button and a commander in the SAS. We finished the race, tied up at Richard Bransons house on Cowes Rhodes (he doesn't have a house there!) & had some beers. Next thing, Jenson Button came down the stairs to play on his PS2, so I offered him a cup of coffee, which he refused. Then, my 6 year old son came down the stairs & got Jenson Button confused with Lewis Hamilton. the 3 of us then played some crap shoot'emup game on PS2, where Oliver (my son), beat everyone else.

It is the first really vivid dream I have had in 10 years or so. Am I going mad?!!?!

When going to sleep you had those things on your mind.

As you woke up your brain weaves them all together into a dream. The more you think about it the more it will adapt to however you want it to.

I do a lot of yacht racing, so I could understand that part (although, not that speed in a gaffer!).
