I have an excellent idea for reducing polution here in Hungary (apart from removing the government ) remove the 250,000 two-stroke cars and vans from the road. These Trabis, Wartburgs and Barkas B1000 vans (Think Austin J4 with a 1 litre 2 stroke) are slow, ugly and very polluting. Ban these and instant cleaner air!
