Just a quickie...

Driving home earlier, I went to turn on the lights only the windscreen wipers operated instead!!

What's this all about then?!?! And yes, I'm absolutely certain that I didn't knock the stalk by accident...

I'm really beginning to think Trev and I are jinxed!

The bible puts this type of behaviour down to a bad earth. With all this rain I suppose that could also contribute to a poor earth. As I say is explained in the bible (Are you sure you didnt knock it by mistake ?)

This happened to me shortly after picking up my chim . Turned out to be a fulty earth. A quick trip to the friendly autoelectrcican in Harrogate sorted the problem and she's been fine since

Haven't had that in my Chimp yet, but I used to have an MX-5 which did something quite charming... if I was indicating when the sidelights were on (so headlamps raised), and if I then flashed the main beam, occasionally one of the lights would wink! i.e. retract and then raise again. Got a huge grin from a young lady at a zebra crossing once. Apologies if that wasn't very relevant, but I used to find it hilarious
